As a JBP Bride, you can expect a wedding experience like no other. Being in the wedding photography industry for the past decade, we've learned what really matters to our couples. We know the importance of hiring a wedding photographer, and the weight that your experience with us holds for you as a couple. From the moment your groom lays eyes on you, as he first sees you walk down that aisle, we will be there. The tear your dad sheds as he has his first dance with you. The bridesmaids and groomsmen partying it up at the reception, and grandma getting to stand by her grandchild for her special family photo. These are the moments we know you need, and we will absolutely document them, beautifully.

Most of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session, but for those of you who want to book just an engagement session, we offer that a la cart as well. Engagements are a MUST, and super fun.

Lifestyle portraits are family sessions, senior sessions, branding sessions, headshots and more. We take the boring out of standard portrait sessions, and get you and your clan out and about, in real life. Life is short. Let's document it.

We were just married on New Years Eve in Silverado Canyon, CA, at a beautiful venue called "Rancho Las Lomas". We chose Jodi because of her stunning reputation and the amazing things she does with natural light. During our engagement shoot, we simply had a blast, she had so many fun poses and made us feel very natural and special.
She not only is just an amazing person but her work is top tier. It did in fact rain on our wedding day, and Jodi was right there with a huge smile on her face settling the emotions that could have put a damper on the day. We got amazing shots despite the weather and I could not be more happy with the final results. She made our special day look amazing, and something we can now look back on as an absolutely flawless event. Jodi is not only an incredible photographer in her technical skill, but she was an anchor and source of joy and security on our wedding day. When my fiance (at the time) were looking for our wedding photographer we both agreed this was our most important vendor decision because these would be our cherished memories forever. We were looking for photographic skill, we didn't even think to consider the personality of the photographer, so God truly blessed us with Jodi being the whole package. We met her for the first time for our engagement photos, and only spoke to her on the phone and through email between our engagement shoot and the wedding. I felt like she quickly became a fabulous resource for my wedding questions and someone I felt instantly comfortable with.
As a bride, I leaned more on Jodi, because of her bubbly spirit and confidence, than I did on my coordinator. Also, our pictures are making us look like movie stars. She's incredible. I'd give her an extra star if I could.

Wow! 6 stars if they went that high. We just got our photos yesterday from our wedding. Jodi hit the ball out of the park. HUNDREDS of shots from the wedding, the reception and the beach/nature in-between (with the wedding party.) Jodi made sure to capture all of the "stock" shots that you need at a wedding, but then she also went above and beyond to capture some truly cool (artsy) shots. She was patient, but also "pushed" just the right amount to keep our energy up and keep us in the moment. Jodi even stayed far longer than we paid her for, due to the fact that she wanted to make sure that she did a bang-up job. My (new) wife (Nicole) and I don't write reviews online very often, but I am happy to endorse Jodi B Photography. She delivered the photos on beautifully packaged USB with a lovely, hand-written thank you card. Of the million decisions (both large and small) that people make when they plan a wedding, this was one of our best! Thank you so much Jodi - you rock!

Jodi was such a pleasure to work with! She shot my wedding earlier this year, and I could not be more pleased with her professionalism, kindness and TALENT. She is reliable and knows how to create the "mood" or "look" you are hoping for - and is just downright FUN, and puts everyone at ease. We were hoping for her to capture "moments" that were not posed, in addition to all the posed ones you want, and she certainly did just that. Many of the non-posed are some of my favorites! I am scatter-brained to say the least, but she was able to capture all the moments I wanted without me having to remember exactly what I wanted - cause the day is crazy enough! It was a beautiful day, and I am so so happy I have these gorgeous photos to remember it forever. If you are looking for a talented, kind and professional photographer, Jodi is your girl!
