Katherine & Jarod are friends of a few of my past clients (thanks for the referrals)!  They hired me on the spot, and trusted me from day one.  I really, truly have so much fun with my clients when they surrender their trust to me! It brings out the true joy and love and happiness in their photos!  We went to downtown San Diego for their engagement session.  Their wedding ceremony will be overlooking the Padres’ field…SO naturally, being Padres fans…we had to incorporate a few of Petco Park in as well. Only bummer, when we arrived it was a super cross track!  So we improvised and stayed on the outskirts, and explored the streets.  Enjoy the sneak peek of their down town San Diego Engagement Session.

The location doesn’t need to be sentimental, though that can be super fun and adventurous as well. Sometimes, its just about creating a moment…a moment that is dreamy, edgy, romantic and unique. Creating a new memory for you two. I have photographed couples from all over including locations such as: Downtown Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, San Juan, Santa Barbara, Redding, Hawaii, Jamaica, Las Vegas, Arizona and so many others. I love the Villa at San Juan Capistrano, and The Mission. I adore winery weddings in Temecula or Napa. And a great destination wedding. In fact, I’m offering free travel for all destination weddings.

My favorite thing to photograph is a couple, in love, laughing and enjoying themselves. I love genuine emotion, that glance, the squinty nose laugh…and of course the “smize.” Don’t worry, I know how to pull all of those emotions out of you (if you’re not a natural in front of the camera…as most of us aren’t), just show up, with a great attitude and lets play!
